Shipping Policy

As a courtesy from us. We will not charge you deep handling fee. Only Shipping Cost and packing cost will be charged. We usually embedded the shipping cost to the Paypal button (usually minimum charge for shipping that particular item). The shipping cost will be based upon the estimated cost to ship that item to USA (tabulated below) +/- 10%. As we cannot fix the exact fee for each and every countries and products so that will be an estimation and reference shipping cost only. When you checkout your Paypal shopping cart, you should be able to see the minimum shipment amount charged. In case you are from some countries other than the USA, we will contact you by email and will charge you extra shipping if the minimum amount charged for shipping is not enough to cover the actual shipping to your country.

If you want the goods desperately but are too concern about the shipping cost, please give us a note by sending in an email. We can do special arrangement for you, for example, sending by normal airmail or even surface to cut your shipping cost. If you are ordering several figures plus accessories and other stuffs, do let us know and we can see how much you can save by combining the shipping fee. Customer satisfaction is our first priority so we will do a lot of customize works to try achieving your goal. For dealers and reseller who is ordering a whole lot of products, we will definitely try the air freight service from reputable companies as air freight will be the cheapest fastest way of sending over ones merchandizes.

Usually under normal circumstances, the 1st class airmail time to USA is about 5-7 days and Speed Post can be as speedy as 4-6 days. Since sometimes we need to wait for the stock to be delivered by different suppliers so you should expect usually around an extra of 3-7 days for handling the goods. If the product you ordered is rare, hard to find or items which we do not keep stock, it will usually take longer. Please don't try to flame us if you really need your goods so urgently, we try or best but sometimes we will fail to satisfy your speedy needs. Don't hesitate to try somewhere else. We need a bit of time to arrange our stock sometimes but we always offer the best price in the market and maintain our best service to our customers!  We may ship late but we never miss any order.  Please try to contact us first before you do anything if you have waited too long for your order.

Pre-ordered or back-ordering items will be sent out as soon as the product is released from the manufacturer and arrives in our warehouse. The manufacturer may delay the release date without any notice.

To pre-order an item, the item must be paid for in full. For a cancellation fee of 5% of the total value, the order may be canceled at any time before we ship out the item. Once the item has been sent, no cancellation is allowed.

Parcel Post Airmail
All international orders for boxed figure and other orders are shipped by 1st class Airmail or Hong Kong Speed Post (depends on the weight for the figure and the minimum shipping cost we charged you). Delivery time is usually 4-6 days for speed post and within 5 to 14 days for normal airmail. The buyer can pay an extra US$3.00 for registered airmail and around USD6.00 for insurance for contact value with speed post. Let us know whichever way you would like your merchandizes to be shipped (surface, airmail or speed post, registered or insured).
